If you haven't seen it yet for yourself, here's a look at the new Pizza box that features most every town in Connecticut.

'The Constitution State' or "The Nutmeg State' is so last year, in 2025 Connecticut will now be known as 'The Pizza State'. It's Official, have a look at the website. There's a QR code on the spiffy new pizza boxes that were made for this very occasion.

Sorry about the grease stain, but I picked up a pizza from one of my old favorites in Waterbury over the weekend, Spartan's on Chase Avenue, and this was the first time that I've seen Connecticut's latest marketing campaign in action. Pretty soon, I'll bet you will be able to find this box all over Connecticut, because the sides of the box are covered with most every city and town in Connecticut.

From Andover all the way to Woodstock, as far as I can tell all 19 cities, and most if not all 149 towns in Connecticut are listed around the box alphabetically. It's much easier than listing the 1200+ pizzeria restaurants. For Pizza Makers, there's a link on the site for you to order these special pizza boxes, and for the rest of us, you can also apply for the special Connecticut Pizza State license plate on the new website, and there's a link to the poll conducted by WTNH in New Haven for the results of their 'Best pizza restaurant in Connecticut' poll.
