Guess who's coming to Peekskill? That's right — Marlon Wayans is bringing the funny to the Paramount Hudson Valley Theater for one night only on Saturday, May 10, 2025, and we couldn’t be more excited.

You probably know Marlon from White Chicks, Scary Movie, or The Wayans Bros., but lately he’s been on a whole new level. His latest stand-up special, Good Grief, just dropped on Amazon Prime Video and shot straight to #1 — and if you’ve seen it, you know why.

The dude is hilarious, sharp, and somehow manages to make even the most ridiculous life moments totally relatable. We actually got the chance to chat with Marlon on the Wednesday (5/7) edition of the I-95 Morning Show — and honestly, this moment right here was our favorite:

Lou: Was there ever a celebrity you hung out with where you thought, never again? Like, this person parties too hard or spends too much money—I can't hang with that dude, he's too much.

Marlon: Cuba Gooding Jr. and Taye Diggs get “white guy wasted.” I don’t trust Black men who get white guy wasted.

Dave: Now as two whites here in the room, what is white guy wasted?

Marlon: "White guy wasted is just free and loose. Like, Black guys—we get wasted, but we stay cool because we're worried about the cops. You guys get wasted and you're like, 'Ughhh, it's the cops! I dare you to arrest me!' It's like, hey, you gotta calm that down, Cuba. When he starts breakdancing, it's really wild."

You can listen to the complete, two-part interview with Marlon Wayans below.

Part 1 - Marlon chats about his upcoming roles and what it was like to lose a role in a Batman movie.

Part 2 - Marlon chats about who would win in a fight—him or Shawn—and also gives his take on Keenen versus Damon.
