Like I always say, I love writing about business openings. Closings have become more and more common, so to hear about a place opening, it gets me very excited to talk about it.

Chicken wings are a superior food group in my opinion. And while there are many places to get wings around Connecticut, I will always take additional options. Shelton is about to be the new home for Buffalo Wild Wings as they have officially announced an opening day for their new space.

As of December 16, Shelton will take over as the new home to a Buffalo Wild Wings location here in Connecticut. According to the Patch, they will have an official ribbon cutting from 11 AM - 1 PM and then the restaurant will additionally reward the first 100 people in line with free wings for a year.

The new Buffalo Wild Wings is taking over the old Arooga's location which is located at 387 Bridgeport Avenue. They will provide the same menu people are used to when dining at Buffalo Wild Wings and will have the same atmosphere with over 58 TVs around the restaurant.

The restaurant plans to be open from Sunday to Wednesday 11 AM - 11 PM and Thursday - Saturday 11 AM - midnight. This will be Buffalo Wild Wings' 11th Connecticut location. The other locations include Danbury, Milford, Stamford, Waterford, Windsor, Manchester, North Haven, Southington, Waterbury and Wethersfield.

I think every populated area can use a Buffalo Wild Wings. It's the perfect place to grab a drink and watch games in a chill atmosphere. I think this is the perfect location for them and I can't wait to see this location excel.

I will absolutely be making my way here to watch my sports games. Good luck Buffalo Wild Wings Shelton!

Is This the Best $25 Million Home in Connecticut? A Look Inside a Waterfront Paradise

Located at 1131 Sasco Hill Road in Fairfield, CT, this exceptional estate offers 11 acres of waterfront living with 450 feet of Long Island Sound frontage. Designed by architect Jason Chai, the home blends Swedish, Dutch, and Moorish elements to create a space that is both luxurious and inviting. At least that is what I'm told, I understand about 12% of what I just wrote. Let's take a look around.
