One of the hottest actress/singers at the moment will be coming to Hartford this week, Sabrina Carpenter will perform at the XL Center in Hartford on Wednesday, October 3 at 7pm. Tickets are pretty much sold out, but there are plenty of resale tickets available for the desperate at $733 to $2,640. Carpenter got her start on the Disney Channel series Girl Meets World, and is touring to support her 6th studio album Short n' Sweet.
